To prepare you for the original course for the Bieler Lauftage, we offer you an exclusive running training on Sunday, 23.04.2023. This way you can get to know the route and prepare yourself optimally for your upcoming 100km.

Here is the most important info about it:

Meeting point: 09:00 – Coop Center train station Biel-Bienne (drop off luggage for storage)

Start running training: 09.30 a.m. – Coop Center train station Biel-Bienne

This is a self-catering training course, i.e. everyone is responsible for their own snacks and drinks. This also applies to underwriting.

Group 1: Pace 6:30 min/km, distance approx. 30 km, elevation gain +/- 205m
Participant limit: 20

Route: Biel – Bellmund – Worben – Dotzigen – Büren a. Aare – Tissot Arena (Biel) Map SwitzerlandMobility

Group 2: Pace 6:30 min/km, distance approx. 45 km, elevation gain +/- 538m
Participant limit: 20

Route: Biel – Bellmund – Lyss – Schnottwil – Büren a. Aare – Tissot Arena (Biel) Map SwitzerlandMobility

During training, luggage is transported to the Tissot Arena, where shower facilities are available. Afterwards, participants are invited to a meal at the Coop Restaurant Biel Bahnhof.
